I began cloth diapering to save money and as a healthier alternative to disposables. Although I generally sew diapers for my girls, occasionally I get to try out other brands, particularly wahms (work at home moms). Ladybird cloth diapers offers fun prints using high quality materials. The print I chose is a whimsical fairy tale print and I was so excited to see it in person and realize that it looked even better than it did when I chose it online.
The diaper is a one size pocket style and has 4 rise snap options. Most diapers that I have only offer 3 rise snaps so this diaper should be able to fit on an even smaller baby but I have yet to try it on Kaliah who is just now almost 6 weeks old.
The outer fabric is an adorable cotton print, there is a hidden pul and the inner is a soft micro fleece lining. The insert is made of a thirsty zorb fabric.
Here’s the fit on my 28 month old toddler, Natalia. It’s nice and snug on her legs and she still has a few waist snap setting available to use as she gets bigger. I’m confident the diaper will fit her for a while to come, if she doesn’t end up potty training before she outgrows it.

When our first child was born we tried every diaper at the store. We couldn’t get a diaper to last him through the night without leaking. Only a few expensive diapers would not leak through night. But some would leave some gel looking residue on the baby’s skin. We are now onto our second child and he just turned two. We still swear by Honest diapers.
