This week’s Mommy Mishap comes to us from Anne, of Zephyr Hill.
I was pregnant with my 2nd and very sensitive to smells, so when our cat threw up on the floor, I just could not bring myself to clean it up immediately and vowed to deal with the mess as soon as my morning nausea subsided a bit.
Unfortunately, my 6-month-old son was crawling around and (of course) discovered the cat throw-up in the corner. I grabbed him just as he was eating some off his hands with great delight. And this was the child that had just refused to eat pears or peaches that very morning!

All of my parenting fails involve accidentally hurting my daughter: the time my phone fell out of my purse and conked her on her head, the time I walked her into the door frame. I am such a klutz, though, and am always covered in bruises and cuts myself.
