We’re back with the second part of our First Birthday posts by Jenny at The Cloth Diaper Revival. Jenny is a sahm to her little guy Noah, who has his first birthday coming up. She has already given us a great guide to planning a first birthday party. Since not all of us are necessarily planning a birthday party in the near future, here’s a great guide for us guests about what gifts we should get for the big day.

Museum/Zoo Memberships: This is an absolutely wonderful gift! Buy a yearly pass to a local Children’s Museum or zoo. The child can go as much as they want with this gift! Check out the local attractions in your area for cost and ideas.

Theme Baskets: If it’s summer time, create a pool or beach gift basket. A few water toys, a beach towel, maybe a new swim diaper! Another great option is a bath gift set. Put together some bath squirters, toys, water books, and a new hooded bath towel.
