When it comes to fitness I don’t really like to do anything that’s too intense. I lose weight really easily and it takes work to gain it, especially because I try gaining while still maintaining my healthy lifestyle.
I do yoga a couple times a week but it’s just to a few videos on Hulu some time when P Grizl is sleeping. I mainly use it to stretch out so that I don’t become too sore during the week from carrying a toddler or crawling so much to play with her. That in itself is pretty great exercise!!

You are right, carrying around a baby is exercise too!

My shoulders and my arms are getting pretty toned from carrying around my 15 lb 4 month old daughter, lol! 😉 I am also a yogi. I have been doing it for over 7 years. Although, I also add toning exercises to my routine (I mix them with my yoga moves). And I try to walk with my baby girl in her wrap a few times a week.

Since I’m a mother, I walk a lot with my toddler. I really love sports, I’m a former athlete so I like exercise. Not for losing weight (because except during my pregnancy, I’m size 0 since my 15 yo). My son seems to be a sporty child. He loves soccer and rugby.

Eating healthy and chasing toddlers definitely help keep one at a reasonable weight! 🙂
