CC Bums Review

Everybody has already heard about the great cloth diapers you can get at CC Bums, but I’m here to talk about a completely different product, MAMA CLOTH! Yeah, not only does owner, Cami make diapers, wipes, wet bags, longies and every other thing you could need, but she’s also making reusable cloth pads.

She was also kind enough to give me 50% off so I can tell you about them.

As I’ve mentioned, I have only just recently began using mama cloth. CC Bums are the second ones I’ve tried so I just got the basic starter set. I really like them. They are trim, topped with minky and have a nice shape to them.

Upon first glance I thought for sure that most of them would be too thin and would leak. I mean, just thinking about the pads available at the store, they are usually thicker than these are.  I am happy to say that I used them for a cycle and I was pleasantly surprised that I never had a leak with any of them! The secret’s in the waterproof fleece used as the backing. SMART!

There’s also a snap on the wings which secures it in place and assures that it’s not going to be moving around. You can also fold the pad up if you’re out on the go and toss it in a small wet bag.

Also, check out the little asterisk detail on the back side of the wing. that’s a convenient little reminder of how many absorbent layers are inside. In my opinion, GENIUS! Most items like these and cloth diapers use absorbent materials that are super trim and this is a nice little guide to help you choose the right one for that particular day.

On the more absorbent and thicker pads, there’s even a line of stitching down the middle. This just helps to ensure that everything gets absorbed.

Check out CC Bums on Facebook and snag some of the amazing in stock products from the Store. =)
